1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Shipping Methods
Firearms ship USPS Priority Mail with signature confirmation. Ammunition ships by UPS ground. Most other orders will ship either by USPS Priority Mail.
1.2 Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days of cleared payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
1.3 Licensing & Safety
Firearms require shipment to a Federal Firearms Licensee. Curio and Relic licenses are accepted, but we follow all Federal, State and Local firearms laws and reserve the right to require shipment to an 01 FFL firearms dealer for any firearms purchase, or require additional documentation. International orders are fulfilled at our discretion. It is strongly recommended that buyers consult an expert gunsmith before using any item purchased.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Returns & Refunds
All firearms come with a 3-day inspection/return period. If returned within this period, the buyer will receive a refund of the selling price. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Ammunition and reloading parts are sold as-is, and no returns are accepted for these items.

If extended payment terms or layaway is needed, please contact us in advance.
4. Sales Tax
Sales tax might be collected from buyers where required by law. Missouri residents are subject to an 8.738% sales tax.
5. Liability
By purchasing, the buyer agrees to hold the seller harmless against any damages, injury, or death caused by the merchandise.
